Our prices are approximately half that of comparable ski-in / ski-out chalets, which works out at almost £1,000 less than our competitors in high season.
A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
This is a non-refundable deposit.
A security deposit of £200 is also required (this will be refunded to you after your stay, providing there is no damage to the property or its furnishings).
We also request a phone deposit of £50 (this will also be refunded less any charges for phone use during your stay. We will only know this once the quarterly phone bill is received).
Changeover day is Saturday, unless otherwise arranged. Please arrive no
earlier than 3pm on the first Saturday and vacate by 10am on departure day.
We will try and be flexible to changes in these times, depending on other guests.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (UK currency), and are for the entire chalet, per week. For the Euro equivalent, please contact us.
A charge of £45 per week for heating and logs will be added to the prices below from October to April.
A laundry charge of £7 per person, will be added for all bookings. Babies are
free of charge.
Discounts are available for repeat guests, last minute deals or multiple
weeks (except peak weeks).

You can check for availability on www.chaletsdirect.com.
Go to “Alpe d’Huez” and click
on “Chalet Auris”. Towards the
bottom of the page there is a tab labelled “check availability”, which
accesses a calendar.
We would appreciate it if you could indicate how you heard of our chalet (Chez Nous, frenchconnections.co.uk, chaletsdirect.com,
intomountains.com, referral, or any other means).
To book please download the attached booking form. The completed form, along with your 25% deposit cheque, should be sent to Loretta Ashley, ‘Theobalds’, Blackheath Lane, Blackheath, Guildford, Surrey GU4 8RB United Kingdom.
Cheques should be made payable to Kim Given. Confirmation of your booking will be sent on receipt of the completed form and cheque.
To view the booking form you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. For Adobe please click on the following icon. Alternatively we can post you a form.

Then all you need to do is send the balance of your payment no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date, along with your security and phone deposit. Again, you will receive final confirmation of your booking.
It is assumed that by proceeding with a booking you have read and agree to the booking conditions.
And Finally…
As a courtesy to our next guests we ask that you leave a few rolls of toilet paper and washing up liquid. We ask that the chalet is left in good condition and any damages are reported as soon as possible.
